● Recognized in official proclamation by Mayor Richard M. Irvin of Aurora, Illinois declaring
August 29, 2019 as “Endiro Coffee Day” in Aurora, Illinois.
● Awarded “Re:Co Symposium Fellowship” in 2019 recognizing the future leaders of the global
specialty coffee industry
● Led efforts to successfully bring Endiro Coffee’s global operations in alignment with “Benefit
Corporation” standards and to achieve “B Corp Certification” (2019) with an initial score of
89.4.
● Worked with executive leadership of Endiro Coffee to achieve numerous awards and
recognitions including: Next-door Neighborhood Favorite (2018-2022); Best of the Fox
Aurora (Many awards, 2019-2022); LUX Ethical Food Service Business of the Year (2019);
TripAdvisor “Hall of Fame” status (2018); TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence for various
Endiro Coffee branches (2012-2021); “People Love us on Yelp” award (2017-21); “Best
Business of 2018” from Three Best; Restaurant Guru Awards (many awards 2020-21); Gold
Star recognition from Aurora Downtown Business Association (2018); “Best Café” by Three
Best (2019-2021); Bicycle Friendly Business “Bronze Medal Award” (2019-2021)
● Served as Executive Chef during Gout de France celebrations in 2018 & 2019 at Endiro
Coffee in Aurora, IL.
● Initiated and successfully completed campaign to get Endiro Coffee selected as Uganda’s
sole presenter of Ugandan coffee to Pope Francis during his visit to Uganda in 2015
(11/2015).
● Led Endiro Coffee, Ltd to win “Best Café/Deli” in the 2015 Kampala Restaurant Awards
through successful culinary and social media campaign (10/2015).
● Selected as an official delegate of the Lausanne North American Younger Leaders
Consultation (7/2012).
● Selected as on-site participant for the Lausanne Third Congress on World Evangelization in
Cape Town, South Africa (10/2010).
