Accommodation in deluxe rooms have been booked at Speke Resort Munyonyo â Kampala, at a negotiated rate of USD 200 per night. This rate applies residential conference delegates, valid for the period of 6th to 12th October 2024. Advance reservations must be made in order to have your accommodation confirmed. The discounted rate of USD 200 per, per person, per night is for a single room on bed and breakfast basis, including access to the hotel facilities, Wi-Fi, airport â hotel transfers and all government taxes. An additional rate shall be charged for any extra adult in the room. Please get in touch with our reservations team for advance preparations.
The rate charged at Speke resort Munyonyo, excludes: transaction charges, all meals (other than breakfast), insurance, costs related to change of personal program after confirmation of any services, any costs incurred due to canceled or delayed flights, acts of nature or other circumstances beyond our control, any related costs of personal nature like gratuities, drinks, telephone calls, internet services and laundry.
Payment schedule:
You are required to make advance payment in full to consider your reservation confirmed. Please endeavor to make payment latest 2 weeks before the conference.
